빌드를 할때 ArgumentException: The Assembly System.Configuration is referenced by System.Data 라는 에러가 떠서 검색해보니
Api Compatibility Level 이걸 .NET 2.0 으로 바꾸라는거 같아서 바꿨더니 해결됐다
